For Narnia!

Not really. But that's a cool title!
...Not really.
Anywho, I would firstly like to start off in saying... you know my last post? Yeah, that was certainly not me trying to begin a "blog war"....as some people coughcough would like to flatter themselves in thinking. Heheh.
Next...ly, I'm going to write a whole ton of random stuff that's swirling around in my head, just dying to get out.
Numero Uno- I saw Narnia on Thursday night! So good. It was actually the first movie I ever saw at midnight. And the theater wasn't as packed as I wished it were, because if nobody goes to see this movie, they won't make another one. So go see it, kay? I loooooved it. Not as much as Prince Caspian, but it was still good. And it was 3D...which actually, I haven't decided if I liked that or not. But whatevs. It was good.
And we (my sister and I) got to the movie theater like two hours early...and the employees were like, staring us down. So we went to Uno Pizzaria. And I've never been there. So like...this waiter comes up and tells us his name is Ronnie. And then he wrote it on a napkin. But it was more like Roni. You know, like Macaroni? So that was what I called him.
To his face?
Nah.

This post is getting increasingly random!
Okay, number two of random information of the week.
I hate time lines! True story. And this one time line, I just can't bring myself to do it. I know that in the end, I'll get it done (with much stressing)....but I just.can't.bring.myself.to.do.it.
Tres piece of randomocity...
I feel the need to rant here. About two things. One (1)...if a girl is lucky enough to find a guy that has set standards for himself, then she needs to respect that. And cherish it. And be thankful that there's still a hope for the male race. Which brings me to ranting point two (2)....that I dislike the male race. Muchly. Well, maybe only 2 or 3 (or 4 or 5 or 12435743443...) belonging to it, but still. It seems to be a package deal.
Uhhkay. Fourth random fact...
Me gusta mucho Owl City (see how contradictory I am sometimes? I'm all like "I hate boys" and then I'm all like "I love Owl City?" Sheesh.)
Anyways, I'm kind of in love with this blog post here. Like the entirety of it.
Pointlessly random tidbit number five...
I decided last night that I was going to use the word "shan't" in my next blog post. But I forgot till just now. So! I shan't forget about it next time.

Okay. I'm thinkin' that's all for now. I promise I'll try to write a more...intelligent sounding (pshh) post next time! :)

P.S....Christmas is in exactly two weeks :)

New Outlook On My Blog!

Sooooo. Today, Jesse someone told me that my blog is random. Which, granted, it is...but still. Then he they told me to back off his their blog. But I decided to change my blog and poetically use flowery words to throw my feelings at you express my emotions. Okay. Here goes.

You. Are an enigma. And you are never changing, unlike the seasons as they change from Spring to Summer to Fall to Winter. You are so puzzling, yet you always follow the same pattern. Much like a jigsaw puzzle. With a thousand and one pieces. And yet, I can never get that last piece to fit into the puzzle of your character.
Now excuse me while I go find some poetic song lyrics to copy here about you...

I told you that you had it coming, Jesse. I. Told. You. Muahaha. :)

~~~
For the record, there really is a person who is being like this. And it infuriates me. A lot.
22 Days
Muahaha. I can get my permit three weeks from tomorrow.
I only hope I can control my road rage as well as these people can.
...The entire purpose of this post was basically to show you that video...
OCD And Other Acronyms
What are your thoughts on acronyms? Love 'em, hate 'em? At first glance, they may seem like lazy ways of saying something. BUT. If you really think about it (yes, yes...these are the kinds of things I think about) it's quite bothersome. You have to think about every first letter of each word and keep track of all of them, keep them in order, etc. Plus, there's always the troubling dilemma of taking the "a"s and the "the"s into account. And! Do you put periods in between each letter?
Hmm.
Such.A.Hard.Decision.
See, everyone knows the common acronyms- ASAP, RSVP, among many others.
But what on earth does SSSE or LLATL or CID mean?
You'd have to ask my little sister that.
She walks around saying "La La Lattle" (LLATL)...which is her Learning Language Arts Through Literature book...which, I admit is a mouthful and a handful to write. But still.
And for the record...SSSE is Steve Spangler Science Experiment and CID is caller I.D. :p
Anywho. What if we all thought in acronyms? All the time. This is what I would be saying...
IMHJRTPP- I may have just ruined the pumpkin pie...Oops.
IMMA- I miss my Annapolis...True story.
ILTW- I love Tyler Ward.
TVWHBBWAGS- That video would have been better without a girl singer...I dislike female singers. Except for a few. But even they get on my nerves after a while.
CEIEOMA- Christmas Eve is exactly one month away...Nyesss.
IWICDT- I wish I could do this...For real.
IOSTMTOYT- I obviously spend too much time on Youtube !
OCDHANM- OCD has a new meaning...wait what?
Yes. I am now two kinds of OCD! Obsessive Compulsive Disorder...slightly. Or so says my sister...
But anyway, apparently, OCD can mean....Obsessive Christmas Disorder! Hehe.
Which I most definitely am. I'm kind of...counting down the seconds until the clock strikes midnight tomorrow so I can break out the Christmas music!
I love Christmas...but that's for another post for another day :)
HT! (Happy Thanksgiving!)
Lists
I absolutely love lists. I love reading them. I love making them. I always have.
Sooo here's a list of say...29 random things I think of off the top of my head?
1) I just randomly thought of the number 29 off the top of my head ;)
2) It's almost midnight...I'm a night owl.
3) I'm currently obsessed with Regency fiction (Jane Austen era).
4) I have too many books to fit on my bookshelf.
5) I've decided that from now on I will only pronounce dragon as "draygun".
6) I've already failed that ^.
7) I just realized how selfish this list sounds. Every single one has started with "I".
8) My (ha! not "I") cat only drinks out of blue water bowls. And only eats out of red food bowls.
9) I have a reversible bedspread.
10) I have a not-so-secret obsession with cheesy boy bands. Especially when they harmonize and do overly-practiced synchronized dance moves. It makes me laugh.
11) Prince Caspian is still one of my all time favorite movies. No matter what anyone says about it...or how strongly I disagree with Caspian being old-ish.
12) Procrastination is my one of my biggest problems.
13) I've decided that marrying a British guy is too far fetched...so I'll settle for a Southern accent.
14) My taste in music has expanded a lot in the past year.
15) Going back to #2...I hate being the last one awake in my house.
16) I've never put together a puzzle with more than 100 pieces (these are random, remember?).
17) This is a pretty song.
18) Winter is my favorite season.
19) If I could, I would wear flip-flops year round.
20) I can get my permit in exactly 59 days. Yikes.
21) My mom just told me to go to sleep. It's exactly 12:00.
22) Most usually...If I like 5 or more songs on a CD, I buy it.
23) I have a super-cool Einstein bobble head. Like the one from Night at the Museum 2.
24) This list is turning lame. But now I'm quite determined to finish it.
25) I'm writing a spy book. It's gonna be cliche, just the way I like it :)
Not.
26) I chew gum. A lot.
27)I hate leaving voice mail messages.
28) Therefore...I'm obsessed...highly obsessed...with texting.
29) Even though this list has taken me a long time to compile...I still love lists!
30)....I hate odd numbers. I forgot. Sooo. Here's number 30...so I can end on an even number :D
Whoo. That only took...like twenty minutes. Haha.
I'm going to sleep now :)
Really Now?
Do you see this ridiculousness? Look at the last post. See that nonsense about writing more? Yeah, no. It's already been almost a month. Craziness. The reason behind that would be that I started school. Like I said I would. And it's crazy...actually, I think I spend more time procrastinating the work than I do on the work. But that's normal, right? ...Riiiight? Yeah, I'm pretty sure it is. :D
Uhm. This is another pointless post. But what's not fun about pointlessness? It's like driving down a dark road at night, with no real destination. Or something of the like.
Anyways, to make this not a completely stupid post, listen to this because it's a fun song and I bet you ten bucks you will wake up tomorrow with it in your head :)
And read this-because I need feedback and ideas!
Prologue-
What is luck? Is it really defined by red-headed dwarfs, running around in green pea coats and pointed shoes, chasing after a non-existent treasure at the end of a rainbow? I personally have never believed in luck, only blessings from God. But let's pretend for one second that I've always believed in luck. If that were true, I would have to say...I have horrible luck. When I was nine years old, I went over to my friend's house and we were playing in her back yard. Suddenly, she stopped and said,
"Wait! There are so many four leaf clovers in my back yard...I'm going to find you one!"
So she jumped off her little red swing and began scouring her back yard for a little piece of luck to give me. Can you guess what happens next?
"Oh, I can't find one," she said with a shrug of her shoulders, "you must have bad luck."
Of course, back then I just laughed about it, because like I said before, I've never believed in luck. Nevertheless, as I sit here pretending to believe in luck, I find that what she said was completely and utterly true. I have and always have had bad luck. Whether it was tripping in front of a cute boy, dropping my purse in a puddle of mud, or even having someone plagiarize my paper so skillfully that we both got big, fat F's, nobody has ever looked at me and said, "Man, that girl has some good luck."
This story isn't about my bad luck, though. The story I'm about to tell you is the story of the day my luck changed. Looking back at it, I'm still not sure if it was for the better- or for the worse.
Whoo! I just succeeded in making that not so pointless after all :)
Whoa...
It's been a while! Actually, a few weeks ago I wrote a semi-long post, and I decided to get all high tech (not) and do strike-through text, but it messed up the entire post twice, so I finally gave up.
I have an iron will.
Funny.
Anyway, I go back to school in exactly one week! Actually, in exactly one week I'll be done my first day of school. And yeah, I am excited. It's been a long summer. I'm pretty sure my last post was all about how boringly my summer was going...Well, it got to the point where watching paint would have been more exciting.
No, really, a few days of my summer were employed doing that while we were having our house renovated. Hehe.
I'm pretty sure this is one of my more pointless posts ever.
But, I just wanted to write a quick post before I go back to school, and this upcoming week is gonna be crazy busy.
So, I hope everyone had an amazing remainder of summer, and I'll be back when I have something more interesting to post!
:)
